Each of our functions and events is complimented by our in-house catering services. The resident Head Chef will work alongside your event project manager to devise a unique menu for your special event. Each of our menus can be adapted to suit a variety of tastes, and are tailor-made to meet your delegate’s needs. We offer a variety of platters, breakfasts, buffet lunch / dinner, braais and cocktail snacks.
